It covers both our website at arihantsolutions.com and every mobile application we publish (each an "App"), including Jain Panchang and Kalyanaks, Jain Pathshala, Math Practice and any apps we release in future. Part 1 covers the website; Part 2 covers our Apps; Part 3 applies to both.

Third-Party Links

Part 2 — Our Mobile Apps

This part applies generically across our current Apps and any future Apps we publish, so we are not required to maintain a separate policy for every individual App.

Information We Collect

Depending on the App, we may collect:

• Business or operational data you enter into the App (for example, orders, expenses or ledger entries).

Purchases & Billing

Purchases made within our Apps are processed by Google Play, the Apple App Store or another third-party payment platform. We do not collect or store your card or bank details. We may receive a purchase token or receipt identifier from the store in order to verify and restore your entitlements. Entitlement, refund and cancellation terms are set out in our Terms of Use.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps are intended for business and general adult use and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Part 3 — Applies to Both

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with the service providers who help us operate our website and Apps, or where required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
